3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing includes GST unless noted.
  • Variations (extra work, unforeseen conditions, client-requested changes) will be priced separately and must be approved before commencement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the schedule in your quote or invoice.

  • Deposits may be required prior to work commencing.
  • Progress payments may be invoiced for larger projects.
  • Final payment is due upon completion.
  • Late payments may attract interest and recovery costs.

5. Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or reschedule work by written notice. Fees may apply for short-notice cancellations or rescheduling that impacts our crew scheduling or materials ordered.

6. Warranties & Limitations

  • We warrant our workmanship for 5 years unless otherwise stated.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to paints and coatings.
  • Warranties exclude damage from misuse, neglect, structural issues, or fair wear and tear.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplift Painting Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the re-performance of services or the value paid by you for the services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logo, text, graphics, tools) is owned by or licensed to Uplift Painting. You may not reproduce or use it without prior written consent.

9. Website Use

Use of this website must comply with applicable laws. You must not attempt to disrupt or misuse this website or its tools (including our estimator).
